Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including vendor and property management contracts.
• Maintain complex corporate structures across Florida, Delaware, and international subsidiaries.
• Partner with business teams to align legal strategy with overarching business goals.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, permitting, and real estate closings.
• Support landlord-tenant legal operations and manage resident dispute escalations.
• Provide legal support on employment, privacy, licensing, and construction matters.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in general corporate transactional and commercial work.
• Experience from a top law firm or in-house at a PropTech startup or real estate operating company.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate, landlord-tenant law, or residential property operations.
• Ability to manage agreements through their entire life cycle in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
