What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational excellence initiatives from definition and design to implementation and tracking.
• Act as the primary interface between Operations and Product Development to translate operational needs into system requirements.
• Integrate AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort and accelerate operational throughput.
• Lead Computer System Validation (CSV) for GxP-touching systems in partnership with Quality and Product teams.
• Establish high-quality documentation standards for process maps, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Define and track KPIs per initiative to analyze trends and report measurable impact.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Operations.
• Proven experience operating in validated environments and executing CSV activities for GxP-touching systems.
• Strong capability in process analysis, continuous improvement methods, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and professional writing skills.
• Work experience in life sciences or highly regulated environments (highly preferred).
• Ability to operate effectively in a maturing function where frameworks are being built.

Nice to have

• Experience with project/process management tools, specifically Smartsheet.
