Senior Tendering Manager

What you will do

• Analyse tender requirements and build proposal strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan proposals, coordinate contributors, and develop proposal content with SMEs (technical, management, and pricing sections).
• Lead cross-functional bid assessments and review meetings to refine content and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure proposals comply with tender instructions and evaluation criteria; proofread and format to a high standard.
• Submit bids on time, track outcomes, and maintain a lessons-learned repository; support orals, clarifications, and debriefs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in bids & proposals management, including leading mid-to-high complexity, high-value tenders.
• Hands-on experience with public procurement procedures (competitive dialogue, negotiated procedures, framework agreements).
• Advanced professional proficiency in both Dutch and English with exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to compliance and quality under ambitious deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and balance priorities while maintaining strategic clarity.

Nice to have

• APMP Fellow certification.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, e-mobility, real estate, or concession sectors.
• French or German.
