Automation Project Lead (Pharma)

What you will do

• Lead automation workstreams, including solution design, scope definition, and delivery management.
• Coordinate automation activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the delivery of manufacturing automation and IT systems in line with project objectives.
• Support and oversee process automation and data acquisition systems based on ISA-95 Level 2/3.
• Ensure strict compliance with GxP, GAMP, and SDLC requirements and documentation standards.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve technical issues, and remove delivery blockers.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing automation and IT systems delivery roles.
• Strong background in process automation and data acquisition systems (PCS, PLC/SCADA, Data Historians).
• Experience with ISA-95 Level 2/3 architectures (Siemens, Zenon, or Aveva/OSIsoft PI preferred).
• Understanding of Automation/IT networks and ESX hardware virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of regulated industries (GxP, GAMP, SDLC).
• Must be available for a hybrid working model with onsite presence in Boxmeer, Netherlands.
