TL;DR
Junior Commercial Operations Project Manager (Operations): Driving cross-functional initiatives to scale commercial enablement and seller excellence with an accent on process design, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven execution. Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam or Lisbon), with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional pilots to test and scale new processes and tools for sales and expert teams.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable workflows, playbooks, and training materials.
- Align stakeholders across Sales, Category Management, and Product to ensure shared accountability.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving seller success and operational efficiency.
- Support the continuous improvement of CRM systems and curation tooling based on feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business operations.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive progress in ambiguous environments.
- English proficiency required for all documentation and communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or workflow tooling.
- Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment.
- Background in process improvement or change management.
