TL;DR

Junior Commercial Operations Project Manager (Operations): Driving cross-functional initiatives to scale commercial enablement and seller excellence with an accent on process design, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven execution. Focus on coordinating complex workflows between Sales, Product, and Tech teams to improve operational efficiency and seller success.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam or Lisbon), with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional pilots to test and scale new processes and tools for sales and expert teams.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable workflows, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Align stakeholders across Sales, Category Management, and Product to ensure shared accountability.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving seller success and operational efficiency.
  • Support the continuous improvement of CRM systems and curation tooling based on feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business operations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive progress in ambiguous environments.
  • English proficiency required for all documentation and communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow tooling.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Background in process improvement or change management.
