What you will do

• Develop and optimize wafer fab process modules for GaN HEMT wafers.
• Lead process integration and optimization projects of varying complexity.
• Act as a sub-project leader for process development tasks.
• Build and maintain internal and external technical knowledge and professional contacts.
• Collaborate within process improvement teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or Microelectronics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial technology.
• Hands-on experience with wafer fab process module development on lithography equipment.
