TL;DR

Manager Real-World Data (RWD) (RWD/Data Management): Lead the Real-World Data team and own the strategy for collecting, managing, and leveraging real-world data from Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) and other non-interventional studies, with an accent on data quality, compliance, and client-facing RWD execution. Focus on building RWD collection processes, supporting eCRF/database setup, authoring RWD policies/SOPs, and representing RWD externally while staying current on EAP regulatory developments.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Real-World Data team, including RWD Associates, Specialists, and Interns.
• Develop and maintain the overall RWD collection strategy for Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) and non-interventional studies.
• Oversee RWD collection setup and execution within EAPs and other non-interventional studies.
• Support clients with eCRF design, database setup, and data management planning.
• Author and review RWD-related policies and SOPs within the Quality Management System.
• Represent RWD externally (conferences, business development meetings, audits) and build internal awareness of RWD.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, (Bio)medical Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Real-World Data, Data Management, or Clinical Research.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or complex projects.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proficient English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
