What you will do

• Own and manage the EU SCM reporting and analytics demand pipeline ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Drive cross-functional discussions to consolidate requirements and align on deliverables and timelines.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize reporting and analytics tools supporting end-to-end supply chain functions across commercial channels.
• Present complex data insights to senior leadership through effective storytelling and visualization.
• Implement automated reporting systems and scenario simulations to enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and enable new analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• 7+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management or operational functions within multinational corporations.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Databricks, and other analytical tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data for senior leadership.
• Experience in project management methodologies and business process automation using RPA/AI.

Nice to have

• Skills in VBA, Power Automate, AI tools, Python.
• Familiarity with scenario simulation techniques.
