What you will do

• Identify and evaluate commercial and analytical growth opportunities for hirify.global's European expansion.
• Own complex business problems from initial analysis through solution implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Apply advanced analytical tools and develop practical solutions rather than limiting work to presentations.
• Collaborate with teams across the Netherlands, Germany, and France on European-scale challenges.
• Help shape the grocery shopping experience and hirify.global's operating model.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or retail-related roles with hands-on deal experience.
• Independent, initiative-driven, and hands-on approach to solving unfamiliar problems.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English are required, including the ability to explain complex analytical concepts simply and practically.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, or strong motivation to learn them.
