Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid role with 1 day/week remote and 20 additional remote days per year).

Salary: €1,600–€2,200 gross/month.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns.
• Manage and optimize automated flows including welcome, post-purchase, and re-engagement sequences.
• Perform audience segmentation and personalize messaging based on user behavior.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics like open rates, click rates, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, and timing to improve results.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create conversion-driven content.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience in email or digital marketing.
• Strong eagerness to learn and grow in email and SMS marketing.
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics and data analysis.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be based in Vilnius to support the hybrid work model.
