TL;DR

Senior User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing): Scaling app growth through Meta Ads and other paid social channels with an accent on ROAS, CPA, and LTV optimization. Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office) in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: €4,500–€6,000 gross per month

What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and scale UA campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid social channels.
  • Optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation.
  • Drive growth through performance-focused strategies and rapid experimentation.
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and social teams to improve acquisition.
  • Generate insights from performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Produce performance reports and contribute to strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in app UA, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Expert-level experience with Meta Ads at scale; TikTok and Snapchat Ads experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of optimizing ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of app attribution and proficiency with MMP tools.
  • English: Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid model).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Ads and video networks.
  • Experience in web2app user acquisition.
  • Background in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and scripts for campaign management.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA.
