Salary: €4,500–€6,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Plan, execute, and scale UA campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid social channels.
- Optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation.
- Drive growth through performance-focused strategies and rapid experimentation.
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and social teams to improve acquisition.
- Generate insights from performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Produce performance reports and contribute to strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience in app UA, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Expert-level experience with Meta Ads at scale; TikTok and Snapchat Ads experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of optimizing ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of app attribution and proficiency with MMP tools.
- English: Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid model).
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Ads and video networks.
- Experience in web2app user acquisition.
- Background in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripts for campaign management.
- Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA.
