What you will do

• Own the full marketing strategy for hirify.global Mail, focusing on new billings, user acquisition, and ROI.
• Define positioning and messaging to compete against established global email providers.
• Build and execute the global go-to-market strategy, including channel mix and pricing input.
• Design and optimize growth engines across paid, organic, influencer, affiliate, and product-led channels.
• Collaborate with Product teams to shape the roadmap using market and customer insights.
• Lead and scale a high-performance cross-functional marketing team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product and growth marketing, owning a business unit end-to-end.
• Proven track record of scaling international SaaS or digital subscription products.
• Ability to operate at a strategic level and take full accountability for business outcomes.
• Deep command of performance marketing metrics and unit economics.
• Fluency with AI tools and understanding of how to market AI-first products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with precise written and verbal communication skills.
