TL;DR
Product Marketing Manager (Ecommerce): Driving product adoption and customer retention by translating product and customer insights into clear, timely communication strategies. Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas) with hybrid work flexibility.
Salary: From €3,000/month gross.

What you will do
- Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify friction points and communication opportunities.
- Define and refine positioning and messaging for new product features and initiatives.
- Equip internal teams including Product Comms, CX, and Sales with up-to-date product information.
- Create and maintain product storytelling assets such as documentation, guides, and playbooks.
- Conduct market and competitive research to differentiate the product and inform roadmap decisions.
- Measure the performance of communication initiatives and iterate based on data and qualitative insights.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing marketing projects and campaigns.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders.
- Strong ability to derive actionable insights from customer research and data analysis.
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- English: Fluent proficiency required.
- Experience in product marketing or ecommerce is a significant advantage.
