TL;DR

Head of Creative Strategy (DTC): Leading the creative direction and performance-driven content production for a high-growth wellness brand with an accent on scalable creative systems and customer insights. Focus on optimizing ROAS and CPA through structured testing across Meta and TikTok for the US market.

Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite in Vilnius, 1 day remote). Hubs also available in Klaipėda and Riga.

Salary: Gross salary range is 5500-6500 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Own creative strategy across products, markets, and acquisition channels.
• Translate commercial priorities into creative roadmaps, messaging frameworks, and testing plans.
• Partner with the Acquisition team to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR.
• Manage the creative testing program across hooks, angles, creators, formats, and offers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team of approximately 10 people.
• Build scalable creative operations, workflows, and prioritisation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience leading creative teams in DTC ecommerce or high-growth consumer brands.
• Proven track record of improving creative performance through structured testing.
• Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and modern paid social ecosystems.
• Experience building creative for the US market or strong international consumer brands.
• Strong people management skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
