What you will do

• Own product communication across multiple channels to ensure consistency between messaging and business priorities.
• Oversee brand measurement initiatives, including tracking, awareness studies, and audience research.
• Coordinate large-scale marketing campaigns and brand activations across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with internal creative, design, and copywriting teams to develop assets for various media channels.
• Manage campaign launch readiness and operational alignment among internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing operations.
• Track record of coordinating creative production processes and executing campaigns with external partners.
• Strong understanding of adapting creative assets for different channels, audiences, and objectives.
• Familiarity with brand research, market insights, and reporting processes.
• Must be based in the Lithuanian or Polish market.
