What you will do
- Own the Polish market across all customer segments, from independent salons to multi-location networks.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Handle inbound leads and drive outbound sales to high-potential accounts.
- Gather customer feedback, objections, and pain points to help tailor the product for the Polish market.
- Test and iterate on sales positioning, messaging, and channels.
- Maintain CRM data and provide regular insights on pipeline and market signals.
Requirements
- Polish: Native or near-native (C2) proficiency required.
- Working English for internal communication.
- Legal right to work in the EU.
- Senior experience in B2B or SaaS sales with a hunter mindset.
- Ability to work independently and grow a market from existing traction.
