Senior Sales Manager (SaaS)

Location: Budapest, Hungary (Relocation package available)

Salary: Base €2,000/month + commission (OTE from €4,000/month)

What you will do

• Own the Polish market across all customer segments, from independent salons to multi-location networks.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
• Handle inbound leads and drive outbound sales to high-potential accounts.
• Gather customer feedback, objections, and pain points to help tailor the product for the Polish market.
• Test and iterate on sales positioning, messaging, and channels.
• Maintain CRM data and provide regular insights on pipeline and market signals.

Requirements

• Polish: Native or near-native (C2) proficiency required.
• Working English for internal communication.
• Legal right to work in the EU.
• Senior experience in B2B or SaaS sales with a hunter mindset.
• Ability to work independently and grow a market from existing traction.
