What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for customer implementations across the EMEA region.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to build strong relationships during onboarding.
• Define and align customer requirements and expectations to ensure successful delivery by go-live.
• Convert non-standard customer requests into repeatable and scalable internal processes.
• Identify and assess onboarding risks, proactively escalating them to internal leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design automated improvements to the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
• 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, account management, or client operations.
• Professional fluency in English and at least one additional language relevant to EMEA customers.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and project management tools such as Rocketlane.
• Experience creating cross-functional product requirements documents (PRDs) or playbooks.
• Ability to travel as necessary, approximately 10%.
