What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners to ensure delivery standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive integration strategy and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with concise reporting.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in project management with a strong background in IT solution disciplines, finance, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in project management frameworks (PMI, PPM, Agile).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge of global Retail & Commerce services and experience in preparing Requests For Proposal (RFP).
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile).
• Experience with content management systems.
• Additional language proficiency.
