TL;DR
Agile Coach (Scrum/Agile): Facilitating agile processes and coaching teams to improve delivery and efficiency with an accent on Scrum methodologies and team leadership. Location: Hybrid based in Porto, Portugal. Candidates must be based in Portugal or open to relocate there.

What you will do
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers for development teams.
- Manage and optimize project tracking and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with international partners across diverse tech sectors.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Agile environments.
- Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- English: B2 level or higher.
- Location: Must be based in Portugal or open to relocation to Porto.
