Product Manager (FinTech)

What you will do

• Co-develop product vision and a prioritized, data-driven roadmap for automated processing of invoices and financial data.
• Lead continuous product discovery: user interviews, market analysis, prototype testing, and qualitative/quantitative usage analysis.
• Own outcomes and KPIs (e.g., North Star Metric growth, churn reduction, automated processing rates) and shift from shipping to measurable impact.
• Write high-quality epics and detailed user stories with explicit constraints and acceptance criteria; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Act as the primary business representative in the Product Triad, aligning customers, design, development, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Track FinTech/AI market intelligence and explore how AI/ML and OCR improve data ingestion as a strategic advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager.
• Proven experience managing a core product in a B2B or Enterprise SaaS environment.
• Strong product discovery mindset (SVPG): ability to distinguish product management from project management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions, prioritize the backlog, and define success metrics.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Technical understanding to discuss architecture and technical trade-offs with developers (AI/ML experience is a major plus).
• Knowledge of bookkeeping processes and e-invoicing.
• Dutch language skills.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Pendo, Azure DevOps/Jira, Notion).
