Associate Product Director (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for a portfolio of accounting, bookkeeping, pre-accounting, and ERP software solutions, including Twinfield and Basecone.
• Drive sustainable portfolio growth across the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom through market, customer, and competitive insights.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered capabilities using machine learning and generative AI to improve workflow efficiency, customer value, and differentiation.
• Lead portfolio investment decisions and translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, market positioning, and value propositions with commercial teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop experienced Product Managers and build partnerships across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management leadership within software or technology-driven organizations.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-geographical product portfolios and driving business growth.
• Experience leading managers and senior product professionals in international and matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen, including go-to-market strategy, portfolio growth, and value creation.
• Experience with technology-driven innovation and digital transformation initiatives, with exposure to AI-related opportunities and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
