What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the product portfolio across the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK.
• Drive sustainable growth through market, customer, and competitive insights.
• Identify and deliver AI-powered product capabilities, embedding machine learning and generative AI into core workflows.
• Manage portfolio investment decisions and prioritize initiatives based on customer and business value.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers and product leaders.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Product Management leadership roles within software or technology-driven organizations.
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-geographical product portfolios.
• Experience leading managers and senior product professionals.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with GTM strategies.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Hoevelaken, Netherlands.
