What you will do

• Lead product discovery to identify data-driven problems and prioritize the idea backlog.
• Design and execute experiments to validate AI product concepts and business value.
• Manage the intake process for AI ideas in collaboration with Tech and Digital stakeholders.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, UX designers, and AI Engineers to prototype and deliver solutions.
• Apply product thinkhirify.global and lean methodologies to ensure outcome-driven development.
• Demonstrate thought leadership internally and externally regardhirify.global AI and product management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a product manager in a technology-driven organization.
• Proven track record of brhirify.globalhirify.global products from concept to market.
• Strong experience with product discovery and experimentation methodologies.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
• University degree.
