Senior Product Owner: Integration & Ecosystem
Company: a fast-growing B2B travel-tech platform serving enterprise clients globally.
‼️Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands / hybrid (3 days/week on-site). NL-based or ready to relocate, remote from other countries won't move forward.

About the role:
We're looking for a hands-on Product Owner to lead the integration layer that connects the platform to enterprise clients' operational systems: scheduling tools, HR platforms, expense systems, and ERP/accounting software. This isn't a coordination role. You'll sit directly with clients to understand their workflows and translate that into integration logic yourself, no analyst layer in between.

What you'll do:
* Own the integration roadmap end-to-end: what gets built, backlog priorities, architecture decisions
* Translate customer operational workflows into data mappings, sequencing rules, and API specs. Running the discovery yourself
* Design and specify API-first solutions: REST patterns, webhook-based integrations
* Manage relationships with technology vendors and integrated tool suppliers
* Shape how the platform's capabilities get discovered and adopted by clients (API docs, in-product signposting)
* Help build the API/webhook foundation for AI-agent-ready operations
* Define and track KPIs: onboarding time, integration deployment rate, manual workaround reduction, data accuracy

Requirements:
* 3+ years as Product Owner/Product Manager shipping integrations, onboarding, or platform/API products - in B2B SaaS, travel tech, or fintech, with real clients in production
* Hands-on API design experience: reading documentation, spotting edge cases, writing specs without ambiguity
* Proven track record running customer workshops and doing data mapping yourself, without an analyst team
* Experience integrating with enterprise systems: scheduling tools, HR platforms, expense systems, or ERP/accounting software
* A track record measured in customer adoption and reduced manual work, not just shipped features
* Strong English: comfortable with both technical (IT, integration engineers) and business audiences (finance, operations, HR)

Nice to have:
* Background in maritime, aviation, or energy sector operations
* Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica) or ETL concepts
* Exposure to agentic AI systems or LLM tool-use patterns
* Technical background in backend or integration engineering
