Product Manager (Asset Integrity Management)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Asset Integrity Management): Owning the reliability product space, including the IMS RCM module, to optimize preventive maintenance strategies for asset-heavy industries. Focus on end-to-end product lifecycle management, from customer discovery and roadmap prioritization to partnering with engineering to ship features that reduce operational risk.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from our offices in Zagreb, Pula, or The Hague (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Run discovery through customer calls, usage analysis, and ticket clustering to identify product opportunities.
• Write and defend PRDs and problem briefs for engineering teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog using RICE scoring, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Define success metrics for new features and conduct post-release performance reviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in sales, customer success, and support.
• Collaborate daily with engineers and designers to manage trade-offs and product quality.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong product intuition and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Structured, evidence-based approach to prioritization and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with product and ticketing tools like Productboard, Azure, Github, or Jira.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from our offices in Croatia or the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Understanding of maintenance practices in asset-heavy industries.
• Familiarity with ERP or CMMS systems.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
