What you will do

• Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring, and collaboration workflows.
• Define and execute the long-term product strategy for modern document systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities for intelligent authoring, content refinement, and workflow optimization.
• Partner with design, engineering, and AI teams to develop scalable APIs and data models.
• Drive product discovery through rapid experimentation, prototypes, and user feedback.
• Guide multiple squads by providing clear priorities and strategic direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or productivity platforms.
• Proven track record of owning complex user-facing product domains from strategy to delivery.
• Deep understanding of document systems (PDF, DOCX, Markdown) and structured content.
• Demonstrated experience launching AI-powered features and measuring their adoption.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on system architecture and API integrations.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
