What you will do

• Take full ownership of the group consolidation process in Lucanet, including managing eliminations and intercompany differences.
• Manage end-to-end intercompany accounting, reconciliation, and documentation across European entities.
• Prepare and review complex accrual calculations, provisions, and cost accruals to ensure accuracy.
• Lead AP & AR clean-up projects by identifying and resolving aged items and mispostings.
• Act as the primary sparring partner for external auditors and support transfer pricing documentation.
• Contribute to the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB).

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in group accounting, financial reporting, or audit (Big 4 experience is a strong plus).
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of HGB (German GAAP) and group consolidation processes.
• Proficiency in using finance tools such as Lucanet and DATEV.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin.
