What you will do

  • Design and launch a B2B self-serve purchase journey on the website to drive revenue from SME buyers without direct sales involvement.
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with HR technology platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Coordinate with GTM Strategy, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align the self-serve funnel with business goals.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing activities such as joint content, webinars, and events with active partners.
  • Manage the budget for web infrastructure and partner marketing, tracking pipeline attribution and ROI via HubSpot.
  • Create onboarding and enablement materials to help partners effectively drive referrals to hirify.global.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years specifically in partner, channel, or alliance marketing.
  • Proven track record of building partner relationships and co-marketing programmes from scratch.
  • Experience contributing to web self-serve or PLG (Product-Led Growth) motions in a B2B context.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign setup, lead scoring, and pipeline attribution.
  • Ability to operate at senior levels with external partners and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working with performance data and conversion metrics to iterate on the buyer experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR technology, L&D, or SaaS selling to HR buyers.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Cornerstone partner ecosystems.
  • Experience managing MDF budgets.
  • Proficiency in a second European language (German, French, or Italian).
