What you will do

• Design and execute strategies for new follower acquisition and organic reach expansion across all channels.
• Optimize content structure and metadata to maximize visibility on TikTok Search, Instagram Explore, YouTube Search, and LinkedIn.
• Lead the content adaptation framework to ensure assets perform optimally according to specific platform algorithms.
• Develop A/B experiments focusing on hooks, formats, and distribution to optimize the audience acquisition funnel.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align messaging with growth and monetization objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics such as Reach, Retention, and Search Impressions to refine content production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Growth, or Audience Development.
• Proven track record of scaling communities through social search tactics and recommendation algorithms.
• English: C1 proficiency required for analyzing global benchmarks and coordinating international strategies.
• Advanced experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social listening tools.
• Strategic profile with a data-driven mindset and high execution capacity.
• Must be based in Madrid to support a hybrid work setup.
