What you will do

• Design and execute strategies for new follower acquisition and organic reach expansion.
• Optimize content structure and metadata for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn search visibility.
• Lead content adaptation frameworks for vertical video, carousels, and threads.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments focusing on hooks, formats, and distribution funnels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative messaging with growth and monetization goals.
• Analyze performance metrics like reach, retention, and search impressions to iterate strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Growth, or Audience Development.
• Proven track record of scaling communities through social search tactics.
• Professional English (C1) required for international strategy coordination.
• Advanced proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
• Strong data-driven mindset with high execution capacity.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid for the hybrid setup.
