What you will do
- Design and execute strategies for new follower acquisition and organic reach expansion across all social channels.
- Optimize content structure and metadata to maximize visibility on TikTok Search, Instagram Explore, YouTube Search, and LinkedIn.
- Lead the content adaptation framework to ensure assets perform optimally according to specific platform algorithms.
- Design A/B experiments focusing on hooks and distribution to optimize the audience acquisition funnel.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align messaging with growth and monetization objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics such as Reach, Retention, and Search Impressions to refine content production.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Growth, or Audience Development.
- Proven record of scaling communities through social search tactics and recommendation algorithms.
- English: C1 level required to coordinate international strategies.
- Advanced experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
- Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work setup.
