TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the acquisition funnel end-to-end, focusing on Session-to-Lead conversion.
  • Speed up the experimentation cycle from hypothesis to launch to increase test velocity.
  • Identify and scale winning tests across all markets.
  • Drive the adoption of experimentation methodology across the Growth team.
  • Analyze funnels, user behavior, and drop-off points using analytics tools.
  • Partner with designers and developers to build and ship experiments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, CRO, or performance-focused UX.
  • Strong grasp of funnel analytics and user behavior.
  • Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot, VWO, and heatmaps.
  • Conversion copywriting instincts and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias toward experimentation.
  • Ability to ship low/mid-complexity experiments independently.

Nice to have

  • Basic HTML/CSS/Javascript skills.
  • Experience in product-led growth environments.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
