What you will do

• Define global frameworks for audience growth, reach, and content discoverability
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, retention, search visibility) to find scalable opportunities
• Translate data into clear strategic direction for local and creative teams
• Design and oversee experimentation roadmaps (formats, hooks, distribution)
• Guide regional teams to improve performance across markets
• Align Creative and Marketing teams on content positioning and platform distribution strategies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Growth, Social Strategy, or Audience Development
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into strategy
• Experience guiding teams and setting direction (not only executing)
• Proven track record driving audience growth through organic channels
• Solid understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• English: C1+ (full professional English)
