What you will do

• Lead change strategy and execution for complex transformation workstreams.
• Run change impact assessments and translate them into AI-optimized adoption plans.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executive leadership and impacted teams.
• Create executive-ready communications, narratives, and enablement approaches.
• Establish change adoption KPIs and track progress to drive corrective actions.
• Coach junior team members and maintain high delivery quality standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong AI literacy, including generative AI concepts and their application in enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience in facilitation and senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to shape communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
• Proficiency with OCM frameworks and agentic workflows.
• Located in or able to work from the specified US cities.
