What you will do

• Define and communicate data, AI, and technology strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Lead client workshops, steering committees, and executive discussions from design to follow-up.
• Build and present business cases for data and AI investments tied to measurable value.
• Shape sustainable governance models for data and AI implementation.
• Guide clients through technology and platform decisions while managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Coach client teams and colleagues on structured problem solving and strategic communication.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 6 to 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years at MBB, top-tier boutique, or Big 4 strategy arm.
• Native or fluent in German and English (C1+).
• Strong grounding in data, AI, or technology strategy and governance.
• Proven track record of leading client workshops and owning deliverables independently.
• Experience in life sciences or regulated industries is highly appreciated.
