What you will do

  • Identify and close new programmatic advertising opportunities with agencies and brands across Japan.
  • Execute a commercial strategy to build a sustainable pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic commercial partnerships to expand market reach and routes to market.
  • Manage and grow strategic client relationships to maximize long-term customer value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to influence regional strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or programmatic sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding new business targets within the Japanese market.
  • Deep knowledge of the Japanese advertising ecosystem and existing industry relationships.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
  • Experience selling a Demand-Side Platform (DSP) or similar AdTech solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel regularly throughout Japan.
