What you will do
- Identify and research strategic accounts in Japan to generate a qualified pipeline.
- Create personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, phone, and referrals.
- Map buying committees across business, data, engineering, and AI teams.
- Support and drive engagement at conferences, meetups, and executive roundtables.
- Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Marketing to track pipeline and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS selling to developers or engineers.
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English.
- Based in Japan with willingness to travel domestically.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese enterprise landscape and business cultural nuances.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts related to AI and data infrastructure.
