TL;DR
Account Manager (IT): Developing and expanding strategic partnerships with high-performing partners in Japan to drive growth and market traction with an accent on channel enablement and project pipeline generation. Location: Must be based in Tokyo or Osaka, Japan. Hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days WFH).

What you will do
- Manage and expand a portfolio of 15–25 strategic partners in the Japan region.
- Drive channel enablement through the Axis Academy and organize solution seminars to generate project pipelines.
- Build and qualify a pipeline of leads for the wider Sales Team.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and maintain accurate forecasting and activity data in SFDC.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver optimal results across the entire sales cycle.
- Confirm partner capabilities to sell total network video solutions, including software and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of sales experience within the IT industry.
- Japanese: Native level or JLPT N1 certification required.
- English: TOEIC 600+ preferred for communication with global teams.
- Proven enterprise selling skills and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
