What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upsells and cross-sells aligned with customer pain points and AI analytics capabilities.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and build data-backed business cases connecting product functionality to ROI.
  • Exceed Net Revenue Retention targets by unlocking new revenue streams and minimizing contraction.
  • Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders to influence and elevate commercial positioning.
  • Manage accounts end-to-end from opportunity spotting to deal closing and internal alignment.
  • Maintain CRM documentation to support account planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from New York or Boston, United States.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, ideally in Data Platform or AdTech/MarTech environments.
  • Strong sales instincts with success in upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Comfortable engaging executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM and success tools, including forecasting and account planning.
  • Effective use of AI tools and modern productivity technology.
