What you will do
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upsells and cross-sells aligned with customer pain points and AI analytics capabilities.
- Identify commercial opportunities and build data-backed business cases connecting product functionality to ROI.
- Exceed Net Revenue Retention targets by unlocking new revenue streams and minimizing contraction.
- Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders to influence and elevate commercial positioning.
- Manage accounts end-to-end from opportunity spotting to deal closing and internal alignment.
- Maintain CRM documentation to support account planning and forecasting.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from New York or Boston, United States.
- Proven track record in SaaS sales, ideally in Data Platform or AdTech/MarTech environments.
- Strong sales instincts with success in upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Comfortable engaging executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM and success tools, including forecasting and account planning.
- Effective use of AI tools and modern productivity technology.
