What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities by building relationships with media agencies, consulting firms, and platforms.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert to commercial teams across the partner ecosystem to drive awareness and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly partner-sourced pipeline generation goals.
  • Maintain a high cadence of engagement with partner commercial teams to ensure hirify.global remains top-of-mind.
  • Manage accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting within the CRM.
  • Act as a feedback loop between partners and internal Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development with a proven track record of generating pipeline.
  • Existing relationships across media agencies, platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snap), or consulting firms.
  • Demonstrated experience in ecosystem evangelism and enabling partner sellers to refer products.
  • Fluency in marketing measurement, incrementality, or performance marketing.
  • Strong CRM discipline and experience with pipeline forecasting.
  • Must be based in the US with proximity to major hubs like NYC or the West Coast.
