What you will do
- Lead the expansion of the enterprise sales motion into the DACH region.
- Win new enterprise customers with 10,000+ employees.
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Accurately forecast sales objectives on a weekly and monthly cadence.
- Build strong relationships within the partner ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience working with large accounts.
- Proven experience in the SaaS industry.
- Fluent English and German skills are mandatory.
- Successful track record of achieving quotas of 500k+ euros.
- Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset.
- Must be based in Germany.
