What you will do

  • Lead the expansion of the enterprise sales motion into the DACH region.
  • Win new enterprise customers with 10,000+ employees.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Accurately forecast sales objectives on a weekly and monthly cadence.
  • Build strong relationships within the partner ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience working with large accounts.
  • Proven experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Fluent English and German skills are mandatory.
  • Successful track record of achieving quotas of 500k+ euros.
  • Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset.
  • Must be based in Germany.
