What you will do

  • Own the South East Asia territory end-to-end, generating pipeline and carrying new-business and expansion quotas.
  • Execute full-cycle deals, targeting both fast-moving tech startups and large enterprises.
  • Drive a strong co-sell motion by collaborating with technology partners headquartered in Singapore.
  • Work with Field Engineers to guide technical evaluations and transition customers into production.
  • Represent the company at key developer and industry events to build market presence.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to the product team to shape the regional playbook.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience as a full-cycle Account Executive.
  • Proven track record of selling technical products (e.g., APIs, developer tools, platforms) to engineering buyers.
  • Experience selling across South East Asian markets to both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Expertise in both direct sales and partner/co-sell motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to land new logos and expand them through a land-and-expand strategy.
  • Comfortable with an AI-first mindset, actively using and experimenting with AI tools in daily workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Voice AI, AI/ML, or infrastructure tools.
  • Experience working with systems integrators or hyperscaler partners.
  • Familiarity with the Challenger sales methodology.
  • Background in high-growth or early-stage environments.
