What you will do

• Lead fintech design projects from vision to execution, including payment experiences and billing portals.
• Partner with Product, hirify.globalering, and Data (the "Big 4") to define features and shape product strategy.
• Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive user flows.
• Lead design reviews and refine feedback mechanisms to raise the quality bar.
• Mentor fellow designers to improve their craft and clarity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full 0-1 product development.
• Extensive experience in FinTech domains (spend management, card issuing, bill payment).
• Strong mastery of UX, visual, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma and emerging AI tools (e.g., Pencil, Cursor).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Portfolio with password (if applicable) is mandatory.
