• Drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery across web and mobile platforms.
• Define and execute UX strategy for your product area, breaking down complex challenges into scalable solutions.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to identify customer needs and advocate for ambitious product visions.
• Champion customer-centric thinking and exceptional UX throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other designers to foster a culture of growth, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing impactful SaaS products.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma and Figjam.
• Applied experience with LLM-driven design tools and their impact on workflows.
• Ability to navigate constraints in regulated problem domains like finance.
