What you will do

• Define and deliver flight search features that meet real user needs.
• Model and implement AI-native design workflows for the Flights team.
• Transform complex ideas into clear, simple, and scalable user flows.
• Build design patterns, templates, and components that enable PMs and EMs to ship features independently.
• Lead design reviews and refine feedback and decision-making processes.
• Mentor fellow designers to sharpen their craft and clarity.

Requirements

• Mastery of the full product development process from planning and discovery to build-ready designs and prototypes.
• Must be based in the US.
• Experience integrating AI tools like Cursor and Figma Make into daily design workflows.
• Ability to build prototypes in code.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders, including PMs, hirify.globalers, and executives.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain the rationale behind designs.
