Salary: $169,000 - $199,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for Truework product areas, from discovery to launch.
• Simplify complex verification workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design for trust, accessibility, and error prevention in a sensitive financial domain.
• Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional alignment.
• Contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping high-quality work.
• Ability to work from a hirify.global hub location 3+ days per week.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking, problem framing, and measurable impact.
• Experience distilling complex domains into simple, usable flows.
• Strong product instincts and ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments influencing decisions through clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, or compliance-heavy regulated spaces.
• Experience designing B2B/B2B2C products for operations teams.
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component thinking.
• Experience designing for secure data, consent, and privacy-forward user experiences.
