Location: Hybrid (Berlin or Munich, Germany), minimum two days per week in office

What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach, conducting 50+ cold calls daily alongside targeted email and social media campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Deliver persuasive presentations of the value proposition to business owners and key decision-makers.
- Maintain high CRM data accuracy using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach and closing strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and daily activity targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales and managing the full sales cycle.
- Native-level German (C1) and fluent English.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales or conversion quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Must be based in Germany to support the hybrid office requirement.
- Strong resilience, coachability, and excellent verbal communication skills.
