Location: Hybrid (Berlin or Munich, Germany), minimum two days per week in office

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach, conducting 50+ cold calls daily alongside targeted email and social media campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations of the hirify.global value proposition to business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain high CRM data accuracy using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach and closing strategies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and daily activity targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Native-level German (C1) and fluent English.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales or conversion quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Must be based in Germany to support the hybrid office requirement.
  • Strong resilience, coachability, and excellent verbal communication skills.
