What you will do
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the UK, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of all People processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding policies, processes, and daily HR matters.
- Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
- Prepare essential employment documentation, including contracts, settlement agreements, and performance records.
- Maintain high data integrity within the HRIS platform and produce actionable insights and reporting.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify and automate manual tasks using technology and AI.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a People Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence in managing employee relations cases.
- Proven experience supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- High attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records in HRIS platforms like HiBob.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
