What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the UK, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of all People processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding policies, processes, and daily HR matters.
  • Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
  • Prepare essential employment documentation, including contracts, settlement agreements, and performance records.
  • Maintain high data integrity within the HRIS platform and produce actionable insights and reporting.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify and automate manual tasks using technology and AI.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a People Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence in managing employee relations cases.
  • Proven experience supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
  • High attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records in HRIS platforms like HiBob.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
