What you will do

  • Manage job advertisements and coordinate candidate communications via the ATS.
  • Schedule interviews and support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with IR35 and other employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate contractor records and manage the Deel platform for overseas contractors.
  • Track contractor contract end dates and facilitate extensions or offboarding.
  • Prepare recruitment and contractor data for audits and reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Proven experience working in a busy recruitment function.
  • Familiarity with contractor compliance and employment legislation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (ATS experience, ideally iCIMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
