Director, Product Management (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $175,000–$185,000 base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Translate the CPO’s product vision and growth objectives into execution strategies and own the company roadmap.
• Determine which products and features to build, when to build them, and how to align short-term decisions with long-term strategy.
• Coordinate product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer success around product initiatives.
• Own and ship product workstreams personally while acting as the product counterpart to engineering leadership.
• Lead a small team of product managers and designers as a hands-on player-coach.
• Build scalable processes for prioritization, execution, customer insight, and outcome measurement.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in product roles, ideally in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company.
• At least 2 years of experience managing product managers and designers.
• Experience owning and shipping multiple successful products at scale, not only individual features.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into an executable roadmap and independently drive delivery.
• Demonstrated hands-on ownership and experience influencing cross-functional partners without formal authority.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
