What you will do

• Translate product vision into functional execution strategies that drive customer impact.
• Own the company roadmap and determine feature prioritization.
• Lead a small team as a player-coach, balancing individual product workstreams with team mentorship.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, marketing, and operations.
• Build and refine scalable product development processes in partnership with engineering leadership.
• Champion an outcome-based approach focused on solving real customer problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8–10+ years of experience in product roles, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS company.
• 2+ years of experience managing product managers and designers.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping multiple successful products at scale.
• Ability to independently translate strategic direction into an executable roadmap.
• Strong hands-on ownership mentality with experience influencing cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Experience as an early employee at a high-growth startup.
• Familiarity with general manager structures and outcome-based accountability.
• Experience in wholesale distribution or the trades.
