What you will do

• Lead and coach a high-performing product management organization to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Refine the product development lifecycle to balance high-velocity AI innovation with structural integrity.
• Collaborate with Engineering and GTM leadership to align product roadmaps with technical realities and market needs.
• Modernize customer discovery and validation practices to ensure investments solve meaningful problems.
• Drive monetization strategies including pricing, packaging, and onboarding to maximize acquisition and retention.
• Establish clear product operating principles and decision rights across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a SaaS company ($20M–$100M ARR).
• Proven success in scaling product teams and implementing operational improvements.
• Deep understanding of GTM strategies, usage-based monetization, and product lifecycle management.
• Must be based in the US (excluding California and New York metro).
• Must be able to pass a background check and complete in-person verification.
